Have been a patient since 2003. Called for an appointment and told me to have PCP send notes and bloodwork. Verified PCP sent and BCS Heart received. I called after 4 weeks to see about my appointment and the process was never started. Now I have to wait longer to see if I’m worthy of an appointment. I would change doctors, but Dr. Lammoglia has been wonderful. I appreciate Manuel for ensuring the process is now started. The office staff when you call in is very arrogant and rude. I had a referral from my Dr. They acted like they didnt want to schedule an appointment. They kept telling me if i dont have a chart in their system I cannot make an apptmt. Well, I did have a chart. After that whole annoyance to her, they asked me to send over all my dr paperwork and charts. (Ive never had to do this for any of my referrals. I had appointment to see Dr. Miller my expectations were really high since he had helped my mom years ago. Unfortunately, time has not been kind to Dr Miller he was unprofessional, unprepared and his mannerisms just plain arrogant & rude. I've been going here for years and my Dr saved my life. There are several Drs here any of them are great and professional cardiologists
Been at this office since I was 30. Was called and told today that Dr Lechin would not longer see me because of a conflict at the front desk ? This was a very rude male working at the desk ....I did not know he was Dr lechin kin folks who is apparently connected and I hurt his feelings. Im sorry I thought this was a cardiologist
