Does a OK job. But was to come back and tighten chain link fence. Called and text him numerous times. Said he would come out and take care of it. He knew that it needed tightening before he lift the job. I paid him the full amount when he finished everything, but to tighten chain link fence. He promised he would come back and take care of it.
