Rang Monday morning because we had no electricity in our caravan and annexe. The amazing Andy came the same day. Replaced the element in the hot water system which was tripping the power on one line. Apparently the reset button had accidentally been pressed creating the overall loss of power. After calling many electrical and computer shops to join some micro wires together, BCS were the only team to assist with their can do attitude and positive attitude. Thanks for your help and support.
