My experience was generally pleasant. However the process was disorganized. I spoke to 3 very helpful people, but they didn’t seem to be talking to each other, therefore there was confusion and delays.
I have been calling a few dealerships looking to sell my car. Some were rude, unprofessional and even incompetent. But I ended up connecting with Michelle at BCS. She was professional, charismatic and knew her stuff. I used to sell cars in a previous life and loved how she was knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely one of the better car sales people I’ve interacted with. Thanks Michelle!
