I had an excellent experience with this dealership! I’ve bought two cars from them, and both times the service was outstanding. Shawn and Mike from the sales team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The after-sales service has also been great — they truly care about their customers even after the sale is done. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great buying experience!
I am in the process of purchasing a car from BCS auto sales. I just wanted to say this dealership does care about the customer, they have been very accommodating.
My experience with the finance team was very frustrating. They will do everything to sell their finance and warranty, they been super pushy, lying, misleading, and wasting your time on purpose, even after I was clear about not buying. On top of that, they tried to sneak in extra fees on the delivery date. Thankfully I insisted on seeing the full breakdown, and only then did they scratch out the ridiculous delivery and licensing charges they secretly added for a used car.
Stay away from this place if you want a smooth and easy buying process. My friend bought a car from this place and it was the most painful experience. The finance dude will do everything he can to shove some warranty bs down your throat, including lying to your face. Felt like they are teaming up to scam us. These guys are a great representation of everything that is wrong with this industry. Absolutely disgusting. Will see how the car holds up and update this review.
