I wish I had better things to say about our experience at BCRV. We bought our trailer at the RV show last year, Ryan was our salesman at the show and he was amazing. However come pick up day for us, we were rushed through the walk through and felt pushed out of there. Not even 5 minutes down the road I noticed one of the tires on the trailer was wobbling really bad, I pulled off at the next exit to check it. I pushed on the tire and the whole thing moved. We bought our unit about 3 months ago, I can’t say I love Forest River but I can say we love BC RV sales. Haven’t had many problems but the few we’ve had have been handled WAYYYY beyond expectations. Ryan the sales manager has been amazing and has been in personal contact to resolve (concerns not issues) and Sherie and Tristan (I hope I got that right) in service and parts are amazing to deal with.
