We were involved in a vehicle accident when traveling from Montreal, Quebec with our trailer and BCRV sales were such an amazing team! They helped with insurance claims, inspection, purchase of a new travel trailer and even restaurant recommendations! We walked in as strangers and one week later they felt like family. We cannot say enough about the staff . Big shout out to Sherie, Ryan and everyone who were so kind to us. 5++ stars!
Excellent service - friendly staff - needed new A/C unit for Motorhome . Travelling through Chilliwack with only2 day stay - They went out of their way to get A/C unit and get it installed ! Fabulous - thanks for cooling our days/trip !!!
We made a purchase here of a nearly new camper, the salesmen was incredibly genuine, honest, and upfront. We had our eyes on one unit on the lot but it had a few minor issues, he informed us they were getting the same unit but better condition and with some extras for a very small price increase that would be a better value. And even when we showed up and tried to haggle getting some add on he included them as quality of life upgrades to ensure we had an amazing time in the camper.
