Absolutely a joke and worst customer service along with the highest prices do not use
This utility charges too much for subpar customer service. Instead of charging a decent price, they waste money on advertising when there’s no point since they have a monopoly and we don’t have a choice which electricity supplier we get! There’s also a magazine that’s either a fire starter or trash. Another huge waste of money. Stop wasting money on unnecessary things like printing a magazine and advertising and give us better pricing!
Another rip-off from this company! One month and a $300 bill, even though I'm away from home for more than 12 hours a day because I have two jobs. I only go home to sleep, I eat out all the time, and I only use the bare essentials: refrigerator, washing machine, dryer. I live in darkness because it's always a rip-off, and I don't even turn on the lights when I get home. I don't understand how it's possible to get such a high bill. Thieves!
We’ve been out of power since Wednesday night and REMC has been out to our area maybe ONCE to just stand around and leave. They’re a huge joke and a ridiculous company.
