We chose BCRC Heating and Cooling for our heat pump installation and they exceeded expectations. Their technical knowledge and attention to detail were impressive. I had a heat pump installed by Tony and Ray from BCRC Heating and cooling and the whole experience was just fantastic! They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, worked quickly and cleanly, and made sure the system was running perfectly before they left. The heat pump itself is awesome—my home is so much more comfortable already. Tony and Ray were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work.
