In the beginning of 2025, we learned that natural gas for heating is going to rise by 12.5 %. We recently had hired BCRC to replace our 30 years old radiant boiler system and the tankless water heater system. We’re so happy with the service they provide and appreciate Tony & Ray they both did a fantastic job and they tried finishing everything in about a day! Our boiler just broke down a couple of weeks ago when it was really cold! We had BCRC Heating And Cooling came by and they recommended to replace our boiler system since it was to old and it was giving us service issues every time. BCRC showed up the next day, they replaced our 38 years old boiler with a new Combi boiler system for radiant floor heat and hot water usage. We recently had a problem with the pilot light in our gas fireplace. We had dealt with BCRC previously and were always happy with their service. We called them this time and were again very impressed with Tony. He is very polite, knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. He had our fireplace up and running in no time.
