I had wind damage and hail damage to my roof. We called our Insurance to make a claim. They sent out an Insurance adjuster to asess the damage on my roof. I was very unhappy with the outcome of the reimbursement to my claim. I called BCR Roofing to come out and give me an estimate on the roofs damage. Fernando took very good care of me and my family. BCR came to my home for estimate. I needed roof repairs done. Estimator came and was very friendly and seemed to do a good job.He told me i would receive an estimate, and in 2 days, nothing. Called asking for estimate, the owner sent me a text message for the price of a new roof. When i explained i just needed a few repairs and the roof was only 7 years old he sent me the price, again in text of just the cost for "repairs".
