They handle payroll but misfiled and withheld the wrong taxes for a remote employee, an INTERNAL employee. but do not handle their internal employees payroll. How can businesses trust their payroll with a company that can not and does not even correctly manage their internal payroll

This company is hired by Walter Dimmick to handle payroll and HR. On September 14 2022, my wife was robbed at the Shell gas station in Grandville Michigan owned by Walter Dimmick. She was forced to go back to work by BCN services. BCN services doesn't care about your employees safety all they care about is how much money they can make just like any other company. Our company has used BCN Services for many years and I would highly recommend them. We are always presented with several options and choices each year for our health insurance, enabling us to make good decisions based upon the comparisons that were prepared for us. It saved us a considerable amount of $$ compared to going out and doing it on our own as a small business. In addition, we were able to offer a very good 401K program for our employees. I previously used BCN for payroll services. They were great when I was a client. However, if you ever need to access previous payroll information after discontinuing services, they are unresponsive and unwilling to assist. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would not recommend.

We've been working with BCN for two years now. They are very easily accessible, create significant savings for small businesses with their health insurance and 401K plans, and are very knowledgeable about HR related topics, and give good guidance in that area. We priced it out, and BCN created far more savings for us than even some of the big national HR service companies!
