We have been with BCM only a year now, however every interaction is personal and efficient. It is nice that BCM is not so corporate that it takes 3 hours on the phone to make a change or conduct any other business. Our agent is always very pleasant and helpful.
My parents experience with BCM is second to none. If they had a fan club, my late father would have been the president. Marc Savain's level of service and professionalism has not changed since the day we met him when he arrived in the Welland area 30+ years ago.
