Amazing insurance company. They are super quick and efficient with everything while making sure every detail is looked over. I was able to receive my claim payout within a week of submitting, which made things move a lot quicker on my end with getting a new car, etc. And specifically, Dominic has been great, he’s not only my adviser but my parents as well. Overall great company.
Following a house fire, one of the most common responses I heard was "Insurance must have been a nightmare", and I was thrilled to tell people that couldn’t have been further from the truth. BCM was there for us immediately. They answered every question, were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. Working with Tom was a breeze; we never once felt dismissed, ignored, or left in the dark. I can't recommend them enough.
I have been with BCM for approximately 15 calim free years home/content & car. I recently contacted Marc to cancel my insurance as i found same coverage cheaper. I stated i wanted to cancel both policies upon renewal ( content was aug 2nd car is sept 26th) . Marc emailed my cancellation form to sign 1 form foe both.
