Hired BCLS for replacement deck, new stone hardscape patio, and retaining wall repair. Putting in drainage in the backyard was not part of the contract but agreed that as the soil is excavated for the patio, then BCLS could slightly build up the level in my backyard behind new deck, instead of having to haul the soil away. The deck was completed first and the patio was 75% completed (project running 2 weeks behind schedule) when I was away for vacation for the final week.
