Pour mon premier rendez vous j'ai bien aimer les secrétaire étais super gentille et convivial. Puis l'attente étais dans la normal d'une clinic et la professionnelle qui a pris en charge mon dossier que dire de mieux que son écoute et son respect de la situation de la quelle je vie . Très bon service très apprécié
I’ve had an amazing experience here! Starting with most importantly, Dr Alain Bestavros, being one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable To the amazing receptionists who were very respectful, helpful, and professional. Everything was clean and well organized. This is by far one of the best clinics.
Suite au départ à la retraite de mon endocrinologue, j’ai été redirigée à la clinique BCL, j’ai été impressionnée par l’accueil courtois des secrétaires, par la grandeur et propreté de la clinique, la salle d’attente est très clair on y respire bien. Ma nouvelle endocrinologue la docteure Lussier a été très agréable et elle explique super bien. Elle prend le temps et elle s’assure que tout est bien compris. J’ai beaucoup aimé. 🥰
