Over a month to try and organise a roadworthy when told it was urgent. Lack of communication, promises not kept, lack of respect, no customer service, slow to follow up and rude. Avoid at all costs.

Thanks BCK for accepting my car that had to be towed for ignition problems. Prompt service and a great job at a reasonable price. Thanks for fitting me in. Update .. Road side service company advised me to take car to mechanic as I had overfilled it wih oil. The guys at BCK graciously agreed to accomodate a last minute service and drain the excess oil. Apparently the car had no such issue (wrong diagnosis from road side company) and I was able to collect my car in the afternoon free of charge inspite of the fact that I insis... read more
