The worst customer service ever! If you dispute a ticket, they send you a generic email and your reply is not even monitored. The phone number is usless to as they refer you to a website. Will never park my car here and I will make sure to tell my colleaugues to do the same thing.
Its cheaper to park and pay daily than to purchase a monthly parking pass because the monthly pass has an extra tax on top of their monthly charges. Two options for monthly parking $325 or $375 - its hard to get the $325 as its limited. So you'll end up with the $375 with all the taxes and fees coming to about $500 a month. $20 x 5 days a week x 4 weeks is cheaper Isn't this supposed to be for students? And dont forget to cancel ur monthly pass they want a months notice as well... just all sorts of ways to grab money from yo... read more
