We couldn’t have been happier than we were with the BCI program and staff. Our son is heading off to college as an athlete and not only is there measurable differences from the beginning of the summer to the end, but the confidence is also sky high. Couldn’t recommend any program, staff, or facility anymore than I do BCI.

If you are looking to either start your foundation of how to lift as a middle schooler or are a highschool or college athlete that wants to elevate your game to the next level BCI is the place to be. You’re missing out if you’re not here. Best coaching staff around!!

BCI has made a huge impact on me as an athlete throughout my time here. Not only does it focus on strength and conditioning, but it also gives you a chance to build long lasting relationships with the team and the other members. BCI is definitely the place to be! Amazing program! Been here for 3+ years and have improved on my speed and strength greatly. I highly recommend training here, the coaches are genuine and care for their athletes.
