I love this gym. The trainers (Maddie, Chris V, Chris T, David) are amazing. Great at what they do and make you feel like you belong instantly. The classes have been challenging, rewarding and I feel better physically and mentally. I am in the best shape of my life.
I am retired and recently started attending classes at BCI. Maddie has been exceptional at working with me to design an exercise program that is helping me to achieve my goals while taking into account my prior orthopedic surgeries. I’m a novice (out-of-shape) and love these classes and the friendly and supportive staff and program participants. The ladies in my class are more experienced and fit but so helpful and encouraging!! THE SPOT for athletes to train! Have had my son train here over last 6+ months and he has added muscle mass and increased strength, speed, and bounce! Glad we found this place!
