Run away as fast as you can from this smug builder!!!! We’ve been in our new house 5 years and it’s been an absolute nightmare. Not to mention, it’s in an upscale neighborhood in south Overland Park where you would think the quality of work would be top notch for the price of your home. We bought a very expensive house built by BCI Bowen 2 years ago . The house has been built extremely poorly by these builders contractors! We have been trying to fix repairs many major blunders they have made while constructing this house ! The house has a leaking sump pump pipe , Leaking windows in 2 bedrooms , leaking roof in loft , leaking master bathroom from upstairs bathroom!
