This review is about my personal experience with one of BCI Acrylics Dealers. I contracted with Bath Planet of Atlanta in June of 2022. To say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. Their product seems fine but their Dealers leave something to be desired. Horrible communication with customers, horrible customer service all the way around. Buyer Beware !!!!! Don’t waste your money on these acrylic bathroom systems designed to be installed over existing walls & tub using acrylic walls, tub liner and lots of caulking. Unfortunately we found out the hard way. Began with caulking issues then a crack in the acrylic tub liner. After several attempts to correct this lifetime warranty issue,, the company offered to send us a replacement tub liner , but we would be responsible for shipping and installation expenses.... what a joke. I recently had BCI acrylic system installed in 2 of my bathroom showers, one with a regular tub and the other with their acrylic shower base. The acrylic system works well on the shower walls but the acrylic shower base seems to be unstable and makes a squeaking sound whenever the shower is in use. Currently working with the installer to rectify the problem. Thought about giving a 2 star but decided to give a 3 as one shower works well.
