Initial visit was good. Follow up was billed at a level 5, stating he spent more than 40 min with us when it was 7 max. Which charges $440. Fraudulent billing. And when asked to resubmit nothing changed. Will not go back.
impossible to schedule an appointment. the receptionist was unable to communicate simple dates and times with us, and then totally flew off the handle at us for trying to clarify. I don’t know how this place stays in business.
So sad that people can’t take their job seriously if you like your medical information to be compromised can here since their secretary Melinda can’t stay off her phone and is very rude and nasty she needs a new job
