The fact that there’s a waiting list of 3-4 years for developmental pediatrics is a complete joke! No one ever answers the phone. Completely unprofessional. Do not even waste your time.
Nurse and doctor were excellent. Extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain and go over treatment options very thoroughly. The reception staff was unpleasant, unprofessional and acted disinterested in being there to work or help patients. Would be a five if reception staff acted as if they were at work and happy to be there.
