This is the worst clinic and the worst doctor ever. I was scheduled to see Dr. Keya Thakkar and she refused to see me because I was 10 mins late. I drove for an hour, missed my son’s school to be there and she refused to see me because I was late for 10 mins that too because it was snowing. I was calling them to inform but their couldn’t reach their number. Don’t ever go to Dr. Thakkar as she is really unprofessional. Worst experience ever in my life. Wow I got lucky to found the pediatric endocrinologist Joanne Dos Santos, she is an advocate specialist that I haven’t see for so long , she explained very well by steps any development about puberty! , definitely Iam highly Recommended her.

I was with Dr. Noto’s office from age 9-21. Dr. Patel was so incredibly rude and demeaning. As a teen, I was scared to go to my routine check ups because she was so awful. I forgot my meter, being incredibly nervous to show up. This doctor laughed at me. Dr. Patel made it seem like I was a bother and she did not have time for me- again, a teenager.
