I visited this facility on 8/24/22. I got there on time for my daughter’s appointment we registered and my daughter was able to get her vitals checked. While waiting to see the allergist, the receptionist comes in the room and tells me that my daughter’s insurance didn’t go through and that I should call the insurance company and find out the issue. Dr delariva is a phenomenal peds pulmonologist but the office staff is very unprofessional and incompetent snd cant do anything No patient compassion very unfriendly and ignorant Not capable of doing anything to work with patients and no care for the patients health and well being
