I just waited 2 hours for a fasted sample and when I went to the desk (and finally had someone acknowledge me) they said they still had 5 appointments ahead of me. If they had told me the wait would be this long I would have, and now will, go somewhere else.

These are the best people I've ever had to draw blood. I'm 66 yrs old so I get blood drawn once a year and it's with very little pain or bruising afterwards. I used Lab Corp a few times and they really stab you instead of insert the needle and they put some one else's results on my page and wouldn't take them off with out me making a real stand. UPDATE---- This time I went in and a trainee, a tall young girl, did the worst job ever. She stuck the needle straight down through both sides of the vein into my elbow and pulled it... read more

Talk about pulling teeth to PAY these people! Jacquelyn was the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with who clearly doesn’t like her job. She hung up on me the first time. She refused to provide a statement or my patient ID number to proceed with payment. Had to call back and the other lady could help me with both matters! No need to be so rude and unfriendly
