Long wait times. I sat for 30 minutes and decided it was quicker to go to Lincoln.
Hours say they close at 6 but in reality, they close at 5:45. My son was turned away at 5:50. Front receptionist was rude!
Had to go in late on a Saturday afternoon. All of the staff, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were so kind and caring. I was in and out very quickly.
This clinic used to be in a strip mall and relocated to a new area at the hospital. Yes, I agree that when it was on Sargent Street it was not very great. Now that it has moved, it is much better. Staff is friendly, facility is clean. I have been here a couple of times and never was disappointed in my care.
