BCH’s outpatient behavioral health denied me care. A psychiatrist told staff I had a longstanding counseling relationship with a psychiatric nurse I’d seen fewer than four times knowing it to be untrue. She offered me nothing during or after the three times I spent asking her for help and is now enjoying a lengthy vacation. I’ll never return. Don’t go here if your life depends on it. They hoard their resources for a special, approved, probably younger few.

Would not recommend, very expensive and not worth the extra costs. Brandon is not as great as the other reviewer stated, very nice man but again expensive and you could find better help elsewhere. Michelle on the other hand is terrible. Would not recommend her to anyone no matter how trivial the issue. She’s very expensive and definitely not worth it.

my therapist here, brandon, spends a lot of time making sure we're correctly understanding each other - something that is of dire importance to me. i feel listened to, which has not been my universal experience with therapists. dr. bucy is also a good listener. if you're honest about what you're experiencing and what you're seeking, she listens and helps you find whatever medication you need. i feel like we have a strong trust-based relationship after the past 6 months and i know i can ask her about anything meds related. i ... read more
