I used BCG when I I purchased my home in Toms River back in 2019 and they did magnificent job then. I even wanted to add a bottle rinser after installation and Paolo generously sent one of his guys out and did it free of charge. I just now moved to Hammonton and called them up and they came out here no problem multiple times to measure and install new counter tops and back splash. We used BCG for our kitchen and bathroom and plan on using BCG anytime we need marble or granite. Jen has been our go to person. Jen has always helped us pick the correct stone and gave us excellent advice for our projects. Jen is very professional has excellent client orientation and knows the product. We will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend BCG to anyone looking for marble and or granite.
Would never go here again. Was quoted $1000 less on a countertop with a signed contract and still was charged more. Asked for a certain cut on the edges was not given that. Was delivered the wrong size sink. This company needs to get it together.
BCG is a fantastic company to deal with. They respected me and treated me like family. Stone that I had installed years ago by a different company, had cracked, and BCG came to the rescue. Excellent service, quick turnaround, and overall just a great experience. Thank you, BCG, for reinstalling my confidence that good people and companies still exist.
