Alex was a huge disappointment when installing a powered jet ski lift. He was not particularly responsive in scheduling and performing the work in a timely manner. We purchased the property in 2022 and tried to get the lift in place for the summer of 2023. It did not happen. He was not responsive to phone calls or text messages. Signed a contract for work to be done on 5/18. One of his workers showed up on 5/31. Didn’t have all the materials to do the job. Numerous texts and saying they will come out and then not show. Finally came out on 6/17 and didn’t finish the work until 6/22. We were out of town and didn’t see how the bunks were set. Got home and there is no way we can put our 27 ft boat on bunks that are set 17” apart. We notified him on 6/27 that we want this correct. He has completely ghosted us.

Built a deck through Alex less than a year ago. Contract states lifetime warranty. Having issues I need addressed/looked at. Sent pictures, text messages, multiple phone calls, will not respond. Work looks great upon completion but forget any chance of actually having him stand behind what he does.
