Extremely disappointed. Not Trustworthy Will not use again
I highly recommend BCG auto, Effie was super responsive, efficient, helpful and professional. They replaced the alternator and the battery. The price is definitely reasonable. I'm very pleased with the service. I recommend to all who live in NJ & NYC. Again, I am so grateful to find a trustworthy auto spot.
Last Saturday I arrived to BCG with my daughter’s car with a problem that I hadn’t been able to resolve with other mechanics. The car was not accelerating from time to time. All warning lights were lit up on the dashboard. Effie looked at it and gave me the two possibilities for the problem.He was right. He gave me a fair estimate of the cost and took care of the problem very quickly and efficiently. We had multiple problems while traveling with our Subaru from Montana and found BCG via great google reviews. I called and Effie answered. He was very knowledgeable, honest and a really nice guy. He even welcomed me to call him after hours, if needed, as he knew we were in a bind with scheduled travel. He’s been at it for 47 years and clearly loves his work and business. His pricing was half of what a nearby Subaru dealer quoted us. Thanks Effie!
Effie’s service is ALWAYS amazing, professional, and thorough. I don’t go to my dealership for any of my car services, instead I trust Effie’s and his team to work on my lease.
