They left some time ago but I still get post for them.
Paid £48.00 for delivery of a kitchen sink which was being fulfilled by BCG. I WAS given a specific delivery date (hence the 1 star). However on the day of delivery nothing had arrived by 5.20pm so I called to find out what was happening. I was then told that the parcel was actually still at the depot of the courier and wouldn't be delivered that day.
