My daughter attended the kids summer camp for her first time this year. I cant thank the staff enough for how amazing it was for her !! She had the best time and suprised herself and mine on how much she enjoyed it. Thanks to the coaches and staff. See you next summer!

Back in August I was super sad (everyone was) to have our gym close (The Forge. I tried to workout at home for a few month but realized that wasn't working and I needed the community part of group fitness too. I guess I don't like working out by myself. A friend convinced me to go to BCF with him. So, I did back in November. My first workout, everyone so welcoming and encouraging. Class-based gym for anyone of all fitness levels. Great atmosphere, coaches, and community! You'll feel welcome regardless of your athleticism, and they'll give you a lot of new goals to reach for to set PR's you didn't think you were capable of. Highly recommend!
