Great customer service
I'm not from Cairns, but far and away better than any of the BCF stores back home in SA. Huge range and well stocked (which can't be said for my local store)
Do not buy anything from this store. I’d shop at the other stores like Anaconda, RTM, Tackle World etc. Ordered and paid for an item saying it was in stock and then next minute tell me it’s not. Tell me it’s a well known issue with not knowing what they have in stock lol. Absolutely useless.
