Shocking customer service. The website notes that BCF offers contactless click and collect. When arriving at the store I called and was put on hold straight away, the hold message boasts about offering contactless click and collect. I explained I was parked right out front and had my sleeping baby in the car and my small dog. I was told they were too busy at the time and was unable to bring it out the front to me. Went to buy a 6999 depth sounder They totally ignored me The bloke behind the counter looked at me and continued his reel repair or whatever he was doing What a service lost a customer who was just starting to fish in retirement and needed quite a bit of stuff Customer service zero Went to tackle world and got treated like a king
