Don’t go close to closing time. The staff made comments to my kids about these people taking so long. Bought almost $2k worth of gear. The young lady was very friendly and helpful.

They patiently showed us everything and made the whole experience super easy and fun. They were both so sweet, friendly, and really went out of their way to help. I won't shop here any more because low value merchandise is locked to the shelf. What a terrible and difficult experience. Easier to go to a real fishing shop, price is no more, rod would have actually been $7 cheaper even after the BCF Club discount.
Popped in this morning to grab a few things. I was greeted at the door by Liam, who helped me find what I was looking for. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He clearly knew the store and products well, nothing was a problem, and he happily price matched a competitor. Good old fashioned service. Thanks Liam, and well done BCF!
