Friendly staff
Very disappointed! We went into store today, altho the young girl that served us was friendly and helpful she wasn't sure of the answer, so she asked her manager that was beside her. He didn't even look properly at the paper with the item on it, just snapped "NO!". I don't even think he would know what question was asked about the item, he obviously wasn't interested. The young girl had fantastic customer service maybe her manager could learn something from her!
Been here 3x today for gas bottle refill. 1st time they said they can't do it because it rains which is absolutely ok so I waited till it stopped. 2nd time they said they can't because there is thunder and lightning, which obviously wasn't the case because I waited till the bad weather was over so the lady discussed with me and a family which tried to help me.
