Friendly staff
Very disappointed! We went into store today, altho the young girl that served us was friendly and helpful she wasn't sure of the answer, so she asked her manager that was beside her. He didn't even look properly at the paper with the item on it, just snapped "NO!". I don't even think he would know what question was asked about the item, he obviously wasn't interested. The young girl had fantastic customer service maybe her manager could learn something from her!
