Poor customer service today. Made me travel back 30 kms today after purchasing a table yesterday that was missing two bars. No apology when I went in, lady serving was dismissive just didn't care. Sorry, won't be going there ever again.
Quick stop in. It had every thing I wanted and more whilst on the road travelling. The store was quiet, and there were plenty of staff helping customers.
Got sent a discount voucher from BCF they didn't honour it won't ever be back !
