Waited on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes to the most painful hold music to ever exist. Called the Epping store from another phone and they called Preston and told them I was waiting on hold. Still waiting. Called this store from another phone, told him I was waiting on hold for over an hour and the response was, "yeah, Epping called us and told us." Me, "no apology?" Person on phone, "I just started." Give these poor workers some customer service training.
