Very helpful staff who made it easy to find a diving knife, and I was in and out very quickly. Two months later, I got to use it. I did six dives in Bali, and the ‘stainless steel’ has a lot of brown rust stains. The very simple leg straps didn’t come undone, but they slid down my leg whilst diving. I suspect they could come undone pretty easily, so I no longer trust them. I’m unable to open the BCF website from Bali, so hopefully someone will reply to me here. They are normally really good with their customer service.
Pretty good service. Lovely staff. Didn’t even need to ask a question before I was approached with assistance. Walked out with everything I needed, and it didn’t take me longer than 15 mins.
Was having issues with a battery leaking that my partner had brought 7 months ago and came in hoping to replace it as it was under warranty still. An amazing worker named Kat helped my partner out and had the best customer service I have ever seen, super accommodating, was determined to get this sorted as soon as possible and helped my partner with a new battery and battery box.
