Went to get gas bottle filled said they are out of gas and don’t know when they’re getting more, as it’s winter they just didn’t want to fill it as no one approved to decant gas
Bought a shower stand months ago and it broke, bought it back and they said they'd need to email the manufacturer and would get back to me. Never did. Followed up 3 times to be told someone who needed to deal with it wasn't there, and never got a follow up. Finally made a comment about it through the feedback email and got a rather pissy phone call from the Manager saying he was there and if I had have asked for him he would have given me a new one on the spot. The store had your usual BCF products. However, we had to walk out from the store as the smell of gas was overbearing. We were told they were filling the tanks, but...the smell enveloped the whole back of the store and even staff were walking away! A certain staff member talked us out of buying 2 products, totalling approximately $500. Found out later that the information her was giving us was all incorrect and purchased elsewhere.
Friendly service and had a hassle free return and refund today on an item that didn't fit my trailer. Easy Click and Collect yesterday too.
