The two ladies at the front counter always helpful. Today young man Jeremy went the extra mile and helped carry gear to my car as there were no trollies. Give him a pay rise !
I bought an item online for click and collect. The store phoned and said they didn’t have it in stock unfortunately. They gave me lots of options to make up for the product not being in stock. Offered to ship, upgrade item or refund. I was really impressed with their customer service. Most places would just send an email saying there’s no stock and give an automatic refund. Great customer service!
