I visited on Friday, 19/06/2026, and was served by Bevan. He was a very friendly bloke who really knew his products and was extremely helpful throughout my visit. We even had a chat, which made the experience more personal and enjoyable. Bevan is a great asset to the store, and it's good to see staff who genuinely care about customer service. Highly recommended

I visited BCF Mildura on 25 March to refill my gas cylinder. I had called the previous day to confirm whether gas filling would be available and was advised to come the next day. However, when I arrived, two staff members at the counter did not assist me and avoided my request without providing a clear explanation. They mentioned that it was raining, but I was not informed earlier that weather conditions could affect this service.
