Die Mitarbeiter im Shop sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl ist riesig. Leider bemerkte ich erst nach den Ferien dass ich ein defektes Produkt gekauft habe. Zu Hause angekommen schrieb ich den Kundendienst an mit den Fotos, wo offensichtlich ist dass ein defekt vorliegt. Zu meinem Erstaunen wurde ich vom Kundendienst regelrecht abgewimmelt.
