Went there today looking for some trout fly fishing gear. This shop is the closest to Oberon, Lyell , Wallace and Thompsons creek dams yet I was told it’s not stocked as it’s a specialty item. You’re kidding me right ? Massive store which seemed understocked with any type of gear. Lucky too get 2 , and that was for the warm reception upon entry.

My cousin and I went to BCF yesterday, about half an hour before close. By the time we had finished our shop, we were embarrassingly right on closing time, and felt horrible. Despite this, Rory and Kaitlyn were absolutely amazing and were polite and helpful despite our transaction holding them up just past close. Highly recommend. 5 stars
Bought a Darche roof top tent. staff at the time of sale were helpful and friendly. The tent I received was different to the one on display. All I wanted was a pole that wasn’t in the updated version. Felt like I got put into the too hard basket for the management staff at McGraths hilL BCF. Was told I could have a full refund (after tent bad been bolted to car) or put a warrenty claim in with Darche??? I ended up contacting Darche and they were very helpful and wasn’t a problem to get the pole for me. Found it quite poor on... read more
