I arrived at 4:56 PM, needing just one item, but was not allowed entry. It was disappointing, as other BCF stores would typically show greater customer consideration—either by allowing a quick purchase or at least informing customers courteously that they are closing early."
Staff were so lovely and so helpful, couldn't have asked for better service. Would definitely be a repeat customer if I was local!
