Refused a refund on faulty product, manager was called she was extremely rude straight up tried to belittle me in front of sales assistant she refused to supply her name as I requested it to complain to head office and the ACCC. Which i have now done.After speaking to friends they have had a similar experience with this manage and have also refused to come back to the Launceston store.
