The BCF employees at this store are highly incompetent when it comes to gas refills. I was denied a refill three times for absurd reasons. First time, I arrived 5:45 pm and they told me they'll close soon and I should come by tomorrow. The day after, I made sure to arrive several hours before closing time. However, upon arriving one employee immediately told me that they won't do refills today. I ended up having the most absurd conversation with three employees + the manager, all telling me that the weather was too bad to do... read more
