Well stocked and good service. Had a reel that became faulty within warranty period and it was sorted out quickly.
Fantastic store with everything boating, camping and fishing related. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Quality items.

The staff are more interested in hiding in the aisles talking with their workmates than helping customers and or unpacking boxes blocking the aisles to stock the predominantly empty shelves. If you can get eye contact with a staff member who's probably just turned 19yo you're doing well. Kids there to play around and not actually do any work is what you've got. Certainly reconsider buying shares in super retail group because the level of service at supercheap auto is pretty much the same as BCF. 👎
