Friendly helpful polite can be under staffed sometimes but if patient someone will get to you. But over all once they are helping they are really good.
Went into BCF Jindalee and Kelly was super helpful in helping me decide what beach cart to get. Kelly gave me her honest opinion, which I was very thankful for, and helped me get a table to go on top which will be very useful. We will be beaching in style. Thanks again Kelly.
