Staff were friendly and helpful
A big store with a great selection of many products and very friendly and helpful staff. They also have a large range of the Yeti brand cups, mugs and bottles which I seem to be collecting as the quality and function is worth the higher price.
If there was ever a business/company that goes above and beyond it's definitely this one. Customer service was taken to a whole new level. I went in with a small problem which was rectified without hesitation. The product was out of warranty but thry got me all sorted out. So I would to like to thank the staff. Katrina, Nate and Jamie(manager) for going the mile and just being really helpful. Cheers guys.
