Walked into bcf and was meet with James he was super generous and gave me a lot of tips on fishing and some helpful information on reels and rods. Thankyou James
Had bought some Lowrance electronics from the staff here a while ago and shortly after purchasing it a new model had released. I spoke with Jamie and I think the fellas name was Dylan. They told me to bring the old one in. They inspected and seen it was unused and went above and beyond sourcing me the new one. I paid the difference and now have the newest model. There's not a lot of companies or staff that would go this far for a customer. I greatly appreciate it. Thanks a heap to the staff here!
Went in to buy a clearance line backpack. Website said “low on stock”. Unfortunately there was none left but the lady that helped me went over and above to find a store that had it. She called the store and then put through a click and collect for me. She was so friendly and helpful. Pity though that I did not get the same reception when I went to Pakenham to collect.
