Small store but very helpful staff
The smallest BCF I have seen and the worst car park in history
Spoke to Kate earlier today about a faulty reel. We came in really nice and were spoken to by a few staff members really nicely which is great. However when we spoke to Kate regarding the reels issue she treated us like we were stupid and initially blamed us for the issue saying we put too heavy of line on the reel. I then asked her about the reels line rating and she didn’t know what it was. It was quite rude.
