Went into capalaba bcf store for a shimano slx baitcaster combo. Had two on the shelf with broken tips. Ask ones of the guys there if they had anymore. Said they don't but was going to see if they had a rod to swap reel over onto for me. Got past onto i believe was the main manager of that store. Follows me over to where rods was to have alook got the 2 broke rods down swearing then walks off. Waited 25-30mins to see if he returned to help. Was no where to be seen.
