One of the better BCF shops. At least there are staff available to assist
Went in to bcf capalba today and I’m very dissatisfied with service I recieved . I’ve spent thousands of dollars in BCF over the years and this is the worst store I’ve been to . Staff didn’t seem overly interested in serving me or wanting to help . I hope the bosses of BCF are pleased to know they lost over $3000 worth of sales today
Have gone to Capalaba bcf a few times now and can honestly say I haven’t received better customer service anywhere else in the Redlands every single staff member I have spoken to or had dealings with has been the kindest most helpful staff in any bcf I’ve been to. Cleveland is my local but I’ll never go there again Capalaba is the only store I’ll enter! 😁😁
