I just had an exceptionally good experience at BCF Cannington today. Cannington is the only superstore in Western Australia. The lady at the front counter asked me what I was after and I told her and she immediately messaged the staff member in that area who came up to me and took me straight to what I was looking for. The amount of stock on hand is amazing. The shop is much wider than itbis long and you can get a pretty good idea of every every section from the front of the shop.
