Came in on Easter Sunday to enquire about a warranty claim for a fridge as it was faulty and we are travelling Aus and needed it sorted. Staff were as useless as tits on a bull, didn’t even try to help or point me in the right direction
Absolutley the most helfull staff. Great specials.always have heaps of stock
I went there to get a 9kg gas cylinder refilled and was told by the lady doing the refills that they are not doing any more refills as they have to manage all the lunch breaks. Stated I can go to anaconda for the refill, which I did. Very poor service and management of the BCF employees.
