I went to this shop to buy a fishing rod. I didn’t have very clear ideas, and I was approached by Hayden (I hope that’s how you spell it ), who helped me a lot in an extremely professional way with my choice—not only of the fishing rod, but also of the lures, explaining several techniques that were new to me. If I need anything in the future, I will definitely come back to this shop! Thank you!
Great Customer Service... over phone & instore
Went into store and bought a new fishing rod with the assistance of an employee. The Reel broke on the first use , I was catching whiting and the screws fell out of the bail, I’ve taken the rod back to Bcf and they wont offer a refund , they claim it has to go back to ugly stick and the company wont offer refunds, the new employee who served me at the time told me they wouldn’t use the product it’s poor quality, why sell a product you believe is bad and know it’s possible to breakon the first use.
