This store has now been closed down. It’s very poor that BCF have not updated the website. I drove all the way here only to find the store shut down and a sign saying the nearest store is Altona. Don’t waste your time.
Very poor customer service bought a very expensive battery box unfortunately it was faulty out of the box no big deal went back a couple of hours later while driving back I lost faith in the product so went I for a refund. They completely ignored consumer law they said they needed to send the product back to the supplier to check it's actually faulty then anything can be done. Arrived as it was showing as open on Google, however the place was closed and signage shows this is permanent. It's 2025, update your opening hours, or lack of, please.

I think the service is not good enough for last couple of months. I’ve been trying to come in and fill the Gas borrow but they keep making excuse like it’s too hot too cold. There’s no one to fill up and you go to ring up before you come in now as I think if it’s a business that fills Gas either they should write a time. They are saying oh come in at this time only we’re gonna fill Gas because I think excuses are going too far away.
