Worst BCF Belmont Store in Australia, Senior on the front counter has no idea of customer service, as for the middle aged man employed as the gas bottle refilled has no idea on company policy and is rude and useless. The old saying if you pay peanuts you get monkeys as I found out today. Won’t not bother wasting my time with BCF ever again, since Covid prices are double for other retailers as charging. No more super retail group for me.
